Regular exercise improves overall health and wellbeing. BCS offers a weekly Healthy Body, Healthy Mind class, which is tailored to support people living with mental illness to increase their fitness and confidence. BCS Gym and Fitness classes are open to all members of the community, offering a flexible, affordable fitness option. These activities may be accessed through NDIS.

The BCS Day to Day Living program also provides a range of health and wellbeing activities for people experiencing severe and persistent mental illness.
