Family Foundations is a free, early intervention program that promotes strong, secure, and healthy relationships between children aged 0-5 years and their parents/carers. Our highly qualified team supports parents and carers to strengthen family relationships and bonds during early childhood.
This service provides a supportive and non-judgmental environment for parents and caregivers to discuss their concerns and difficulties. Parents gain knowledge, experience and strategies to build on their parenting skills. Participation in the program generally involves attending 12 individually tailored sessions. Family Foundations provides flexible options to and supports that meet individual needs. There is potential to extend the number of sessions if required. We can also provide home visits for families that face barriers to transport.

Office hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday – Friday. Some training sessions may take place outside of these hours
