Tai Chi Chi Kung

Originally developed for self-defense Tai Chi has evolved into a graceful form of exercise that is now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions.
Often described as meditation in motion Tai Chi promoted serenity through gentle, flowing movements.
During the first sessions participants will learn the beginning movements of the form.
These sessions can be modified for all abilities.
