Canberra Short Film Festival, is one of Australia’s oldest and most well-respected short film festivals. This year, for the first time, the Canberra Short Film Festival includes a screening in Belconnen. Now in its 22nd year, the Canberra Short Film Festival has earned a reputation for quality and respectability, and is recognised as one of Australia’s oldest and best film competitions. It attracts an audience from all over Australia and is known for selling out every session. The CSFF represents the boundless talent that makes up Australia’s film industry, and exposes its guests to the best of short cinema from all over the world.
Belconnen Community Service has a history of supporting local film makers through its popular Belco Flicks screenings. Now we’re delighted to connect local audiences to a wider film making community. This session at Belconnen Community Theatre (in Belconnen Community Centre) includes local, national and international short films. Don’t miss your chance to see these rare shorts on the big screen.
