About

Tuning in to Teens is a six week parenting program for parents of young people aged between 10-18 years. The program focuses on emotions and is designed to assist parents to establish stronger relationships with their teenage children.

Parents gain a greater understanding of their teen’s emotional experiences and learn specific skills that can assist in being supportive, empathic and staying connected with the young person. Tuning into Teens aims to prevent problems developing and enhance emotional and behavioural functioning.
