“Formreborn” - The rebirth of tableaux. A photography exhibition by Cole Bennetts at Belconnen Gallery. Cole Bennett’s images are beautifully refined investigations of the representation of the human form in contemporary western visual culture. Cole draws on his experience in the self-serving media industry as he contemplates the way images of the human form are constructed, tweaked and often misrepresented, in order to pedal commercial values to a mass audience. Opens 21 Feb.
